Pre Fabricated Toilet

The Pre-fabricated PORTABLE toilet shall be suitable for mounting on plaint ground, Components shall be fabricated and assembled at factory. The Structure shall be manufactured by Roto- Moulding process for Super Structure and base, as per the detailed specification given below.

Top Block ( Super Structure):

Double wall ( Outer side Different color and Inner side Milky White) - Single piece Top Block Super Structure shall be made out with 100% UV Virgin Plastic material in Roto Moulding Process. It shall be fixed/Assembled on the Base with suitable fasteners. Three side air ventilation given for proper air circulation. A special transparent top cap shall provide for Natural Day Light and air vent. It is specially design with extra ribs for give extra strength to top structure.

Floor Base

Hollow - Double wall- Single Price base structure shall be made out with 100% Virgin Plastic material in Roto Moulding Process. Given extra pockets and support in the bottom of the base so it can be taken extra load bearing. Also it will comes with Black coloured MS-stand for give extra strength. 4 Nos In mould handles provided for easy lifting, shifting, loading and unloading. Dur to in-mould handle breakage chances shall reduce compare to assembled plastic handle.

Sanitation & Plumbing ( In Box Packing):

  • 1No. 'P' Trap shall be provided with each unit.
  • 1No. wash basin with Drain Pipe, Cloth Hanger & Mobile/Soap stand shall be provided with each unit.
  • 2Nos Tap connection with PVC Pipe with plastics tap shall be provided.
  • External Connection work for Water line and drainage line are not in our scope.
