Drip Irrigation Drippers and Emitters

Pioneer Drip Systems offers a range of drip irrigation drippers and emitters designed for controlled water delivery to plants. Our product range includes online pressure-compensating and non-pressure-compensating emitters, pot drippers, tree bubblers and anti-bug caps. These products are suitable for orchards, plantations, nurseries, greenhouses, potted plants and landscape irrigation applications.

Online Emitters(Drippers)

Features & Specifications

  • Online Emitters (Drippers) are made from virgin engineering polymers & are UV stabilized.
  • Uniform discharge an excellent coefficient of variation (less than 5%).
  • Emitters undergo rigid quality tests as per BIS specification IS:13487-1992.
  • Wide turbulent flow path for clog resistance.
  • Suitable for use with 12mm, 16mm, & 20mm plain drip laterals.
  • Openable type and easy to maintain.
  • Available in THREE COLOURS coded flow rate: 4 LPH (BLACK), 8 LPH (BLUE), 14LPH (GREEN)
  • Inlet at an angle to provide easy entry of water into the emitter.
  • Option to use an anti-bug cap.
  • Extended emitter outlet to use micro tube for application needs in future extensions.
  • Recommended to use 100% water-soluble fertilizers or liquid fertilizers for fertigation to avoid clogging of the emitter.
  • Self-piercing barb for direct installation on laterals.

Suitable for coconut, Arecanut, Guava, Sapota, Mango, Banana, Orange, andother widespacingplants etc.

  • Made from high-quality UV-stabilized, chemical and fertilizer resistant virgin engineering polymer.
  • Excellent coefficient of variation (less than 5%).
  • Color-coded outlet to identify flow rates.
  • A sealed turbulent flow path PC emitter incorporates a diaphragm that maintains a uniform flow rate over a wide range of operating pressures.
  • Emitters undergo rigorous quality tests as per BIS Specifications IS: 13487-1992.
  • Filter provided at the inlet of the dripper prevents impurities from entering the dripper.
  • Recommended to use 100% water-soluble fertilizers or liquid fertilizers to avoid clogging of the emitter.
  • Option to use an anti-bug cap.
  • Extended emitter outlet to use microtubes for applications needing further extension

Anti Bug Cap :

  • Prevents ants, bugs, and other debris from entering and clogging the emitter outlet.
  • Acts as a diffuser to create a bubble effect and prevent water jetting.
