Ball Valves

  • Available in 32mm,40mm,50mm, 63mm, 75mm, 90mm & 110mm Size
  • Minimized pressure losses, especially when handling high viscosity liquids.
  • Minimized pressure losses, especially when handling high-viscosity liquids. Zero flow restriction makes handling liquids containing large particles easy, Durable and water hammer-safe

Pressure Gauge

A water pressure gauge is a pressure measurement instrument that indicates the water pressure in a system. It is a calibrated pressure indicator connected to a water pipe or tank and translates the force exerted on it. We can read the pressure of the water supplied to the Irrigation system with the help of this.

Rain Spa Italy Round Valve Boxes

Rain Spa Italy family of round valve boxes is studied to face all the needs of the professional irrigation. They are easy to install, strong and durable and they are engineered to maintain their integrity (horizontal and vertical) under load even with the cover removed.

  • PZC RN 15 D. 148/240x H 230mm
  • PZC RN 25 D. 243/330x H 260mm
  • Material: 100% polypropylene
  • Round valve boxes available in sizes of 6”, 10”.

Rain Spa Italy Rectangle Valve Boxes

The new valve box is opened by simply lifting and pulling a discreet handle embedded in the lid. Each valve box has an anti-vandal bolt for additional security. A specially designed model bracket inside the box allows easy and tidy wire installation to fit Rain Evo battery controller. This is a unique, patented product in the irrigation market. Valve boxes available in standard rectangular 12 In, 20 In & 24 In.

Swing Joints

Swing Joints are designed to deliver the performance you expect while saving you money with their superior flow characteristics and excellent structural integrity. There are used mainly to fix the Pop Up Sprinklers.
Available sizes: 1/2”, 3/4” & 1”

Throttle Valve

Multi-turn, linear motion throttle valve. Straight through flow with minimal head loss, its slow operation prevents water hammer. Float, body inside profile. Available in 50mm, 65mm & 80mm

  • Multi turn linear motion throttle valve.
  • End connections: Female Threaded Max. Pressure: 6 Bar/85Psi.
  • Straight through flow with minimal pressure loss.
  • Its slow operation prevents water hammer.
  • Visual float position indicator to show us % throttle of piping system.
  • Steel Rod inserted in full length during injection moldings of Shaft made of Reinforced Nylon, that gives excellent strength without breakage during rough usage.
  • Float Body profile is matched by CNC machines for smooth Operation and keeping the leakage under permissible limit during complete shut off.
  • Dowel pin inserted in the shaft to prevent extra travel of float which do not transfer load on during extra tightening by farmers. This prevents breakage of cap.
  • During assembly of throttle valve, 2 nos. lock pins inserted to avoid any slippage or loosening of threads of throttle valve cap.
  • Maintaining seat leakage permissible limit as per standard ANSI/FCI-70-2-2006 in Class III (0.10%). Chemical / Corrosion resistant, Color UV stabilized

Non Throttle Valve

A non-return valve is fitted to ensure that a medium flow through a pipe in the right direction, where pressure conditions may otherwise cause reversed flow. The different sizes available and mainly fixed to the Bore wells after the outlet. So that Reverse Water flows prevented.

  • Type of check valve: Spring loaded guided ball check valve.
  • Connection Flanged end.
  • Max.operating Pressure: 6.0 Kg/cm2
  • Min Cracking Pressure: Valve begins to open at 2 to 3 Psi.
  • Available in: 2”, 2/12” & 3”
