Sand Filters

Sand filters are used as a step in the water treatment process of water purification. They come in different sizes based on the Irrigation system. The Sand Filters are filled with Silica Sand for better purification.The Sand Filters are must when we use openwell water /sump as the algae will be controlled.

Venturi Injector

1 ½ ” & 2 ” Ventury Injectors are differential pressure injectors with maximum injector efficiency, suction capacity and fertilizer mixing capabilities. They also have in-built check valve for protecting the injected liquid against the back flow.

Hydrocyclone Filters

DISC FILTERS

These filters are the preferred choice for many smaller irrigation systems. They are effective at removing a wide variety of contaminants from your water supply, from larger pieces of matter like dirt and sand to smaller organic compounds.

Disc filters are made up of a filter housing with a number of small nylon discs stacked inside them. Each disc has grooves of a specific micron size.

In operation, water flows through the filter and compresses the discs. While water passes through the collection of discs, contaminants cling to their grooves. You can link number of disc filters together if your water needs robust filtration efforts.

You'll seldom have to clean your disc filters. Fortunately, the cleaning process is as easy as unscrewing the filter housing and rinsing the discs under clean water.

Screen Filter

Screen filter, in which flow passes through inside to outside of screen cartridge. Uniform distribution of water flow into filter and optimize filtration process

  • Screen filters element consist of rigid non collapsible plastic frame and SS mesh mounted on the frame
  • It allows only the clean water to enter into a Micro Irrigation Systems.
  • Plastic Screen Filters conforms to IS: 12785-1994, BIS standards.
  • Plastic T-type & Y-type Screen Filters body are made from polypropylene Glass Filled & the Screen with stainless steel.

Double Body Disc Filter

Double body Disc filter in which flow passes from outside to inside of disc stake. Robust design, disc housing fan generates hydro-cyclonic effect that reduces cleaning frequency. Grooved disc design provides high filtration efficiency.

Automatic Screen Filter

For uninterrupted irrigation with the most efficient cleaning solution from the Automat "Turbo Series". With dedicated Automat controller, the self-cleaning filter delivers perfect cleaning even in low-pressure applications.

  • A secondary filter (75-100 Microns) is required to operate the product.

Cleaning Instructions:

  • Cleaning the semi-automatic filter must be done while the filter is under pressure.
  • Open the drain valve gradually.
  • Close the valve gradually.
  • Cleaning of the filter must be done when pressure differential across the screen reaches 0.5kg/cm² (7psi) or when the pressure indicator red button pops up.
  • Rotate the handle gripper in clockwise direction 4 - 5 times and then rotate in anti -clockwise direction to finish the process. This is to be done online when the system is on.
  • In case the filter is still clogged (pressure indicator button is up). Repeat the above while the downstream valve of the filter is closed
